Paul is the former General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of BAE Systems and Saudi Development & Training Company. Paul has completed forty years of service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, managing business and support activities in support of the UK Government’s largest overseas military defense and export program with a multinational workforce made up of several nationalities.

Paul was awarded the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II for defense-related business, business development, and program management embracing the commercial relationship for and on behalf of the UK Government and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia development, including social and education services to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Paul’s senior executive and senior management experience includes managing delivery of government-to-government defense equipment and offset training programs.

He is a graduate of London Business School of Management and United Kingdom Royal Navy/Royal Airforce Aviation Electronic Warfare School and Founder and former governor of the Multinational School Riyadh, currently supporting 700 special needs children of 45 nationalities.

His positions include Head of Health & Safety for Executive Directors European Safety Council; founding board member of Alfaisal University, Riyadh; Co-Chairman King Faisal Education Council for Modern Education and Engineering; Chairman of British Business Group; Chair and Advisor to the Riyadh Industrial Planning Board; and Co-Chair of the MODA Officer Recruitment Selection Board.

Paul has also held several Board Positions both in the United Kingdom and the United States in recent years.
