Gulf Development International and CIMC-MBS Ltd announce collaboration agreement on modular construction program.

(London, United Kingdom, 10/1/2017) Gulf Development International (GDI) and CIMC-MBS Ltd are pleased to announce a collaboration agreement to deliver commercial, hospitality, and residential modular construction solutions to portions of the Middle East and North Africa. 

GDI will introduce CIMC-MBS to potential customers, intermediaries, and others in relation to implementation of CIMC-MBS’ proprietary systems and products for projects in the region in the capacity of a development manager, distributor, or investor. CIMC-MBS, the world’s largest provider of modular buildings and modular building systems, has developed an innovative process that can reduce lead time and project costs. GDI brings proven experience and oversight to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation of complex real estate development projects.
